Alternatively, you may complete and return the registration form together with a cheque of the exact amount to the Convention Secretariat at Room 410S Hospital Authority Building, 147B Argyle Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. All cheques should be made payable to "Hospital Authority".
HA staff are also requested to provide the eLC Learner ID on the Registration Form to facilitate recording their Continuous Professional Accreditation registration on site. If you do not have a Learner ID, you can register one via http://elc.home/.

Deadline for registration is Thursday, 19 March 2020. Depending on the number of registrants, the Secretariat may or may not accept registration thereafter. If registration would be accepted, delegates have to register on site in the Registration Counter of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 4 or 5 May 2020 with an additional fee of 20%.
